We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo. How about you, you, you?

On Friday our whole school went to Auckland Zoo.  We were so lucky to get some animals VERY close up. We ended the day learning about classification from the wonderful Kirsty.

It was so cool watching Burma and Anjalee working with their trainers.

There were lots of "oohs" and "aaahs" as the sea lions swam past us.

Berani, the Sumatran tiger loves cloves on the chicken boxes!

Francis and Joseph help us navigate our way around.

Did you know that the Galapagos tortoises live in a heated house?

Animals that have feathers are called Birds, animals that have skin are called Reptiles and animals that have fur are called Mammals.  What are we?
